Also, they don't need logic seeing as these characters are not actually living breathing things, they are just pieces of art. However, if you were to put a label on one of these characters such as e.g. 11 year old Konohamaru then... he's no longer considered to be 18 anymore.     ld. See what i am getting at? If you don't put a label on the character, it doesn't matter what his "official" age is, then he automatically is presumed to be 18 if he is on this site. I can see why this doesn't make sense to you; however, there is a legally binding reason why.
